“Unfortunately Hermes is the delivery company used by lotus, which means you may not get your order for when you need it. Hermes claim attempted delivery when they haven't been near your house. I was actually shopping for alternative shoes the afternoon before my event, when my husband phoned to say parcel delivered. Sorry, but no more online orders from me lotus.”

“Really liked the shoes I ordered, really wanted them. The website accepted my order. Came back to me saying the shoes were no longer available. I chose something else which fell a long way short my requirements. So disappointed.”

“The sandal was very well made and would have been comfortable, however the sizing is on the large size. I am normally a size 4, but these were more like a size 5. I will re-purchase a size 3 to see if it is a better fit. Just annoying to have to keep paying out P&P due to incorrect sizing.”
