“Shoes were just what I wanted to wear at wedding. Prompt service and arrived when said. Will use this service again without any hesitation. Like the way you sent email and text to update where my package was and stated arrival date which was exactly as stated.Excellent service. Thankyou.”

“The sandals are very comfortable with plenty of cushioning for a day spent on your feet. They are light weight with comfortable straps. I would prefer a darker insole as they do discolour quickly.”

“Not impressed, I have had this style in the past and they have been first class and I had them for several years.Poor quality now, and I’m afraid not impressed with delivery wrong shoes first order tut tut!!q”

“I bought these shoes for my wedding. And whilst I am happy with them, I am disappointed they are PU and not leather! For £65 I would expect leather shoes”

“Beautiful shoes, but come up very large. I wear between 6 and 7 as have a wide foot, so ordered both to find best fit. The 6 was about half an inch too long. I ordered a 5, but too small. If they did half sizes I would’ve re-ordered. Sent all three pairs back unfortunately as love the actual shoe. As a result only able to give the shoe an acceptable rating as couldn’t get a pair to fit, but they are very pretty and comfortable”

“Loved my shiny shoes, good height and good support on feet arches, however the colour was more an iridescent silver shiny blue rather than a true silver which is wan I required. Kept them as they are beautiful anyway.”

“great quick delivery of items sizing - unfortunately the sizing seems strange... I have wide feet but the wedges were too wide!! Im usually size 7 but ended up with size 6.. in these.. the Kinsey shoes I wanted were out of stock and size 6 too small so sizes do seem irregular depening on style. Please stock more of the kinsey in a 7 as love them but cant get in a 6 !!”

“The service from Lotus Shoes is outstanding - a hiccup with the courier who was hopeless and a quick phone call to Lotus and they sent out a duplicate pair using a different courier. Very impressed indeed.”
