“Silver Dominica Sling-Back Wedge Sandals | Lotus Women's Sandals £65 I am absolutely delighted with these versatile and stylish sandals, after trying a number of others from different companies. The 7cm wedge heel is just right for adding comfortable height and for walking on uneven surfaces. The insert metal piece in the heel provides a bit of subtle glamour. The straps do not come across the ankle, making the legs look longer, but still hold the foot firmly in place. Although they are not leather, they look good quality and the shade of silver is perfect for wearing with many different dresses, skirts and crop trousers. They are competitively priced and arrived on time.”

“Bought lotus ankle boots with 3 buttons on the side The top one came off and asked for a replacement button button was told couldn’t help me Then bought a second pair and same button has come off again Very very disappointed”

“I ordered 2 pairs of blue shoes for choice. There was a an issue with the delivery (by the delivery company NOT Lotus) Upon phoning the helpline of Lotus to let them know my delivery was not delivered as indicated in the dispatch notice, they were excellent in their service and resolved the issue immediately. I loved both pairs of shoes but I could only keep one pair. The tracking and subsequent acknowledgement of receipt of my returned order was very prompt as was my refund which followed shortly after. To sum up: Image of shoes were accurately pictured online. Ordering good. Service excellent. Refund prompt and last but not least, communication from start to finish - excellent!”
