“Boots lovepy but too narrow for my feet. Returned them promptly but still havent received my refund.”

“Shoes are true to fit and very comfortable. Website is easy to use. Delivery was earlier than expected so that was a bonus. Have purchased previous items from Lotus and always been happy. The telephone helpline was really good. Very polite and clearly spoken.”

“Ordered boots on line only to be told that they were out of stock and I could choose another design, which I consequently did. I was told by phone that the new order would have priority dispatch and would be with me in a couple of days. After a week the items had still not arrived. On phoning the Company, I was then told that they had no 'new order' down for me and the item was out of stock. I will now be looking elsewhere.”

“Very pleased with my purchase. Arrived safely and quickly. Boots are great for every outfit- can be used with a dressy outfit or worn with casual clothes. So comfy and warm. This is my 2nd pair of lotus boots and the last ones lasted so many years that I decided to go with lotus boots again.”

“Needed these shoes for a special occasion so haven't actually worn them yet. Breaking them in at home as they are a bit narrow and next size too big. Would like them in half sizes. Appearance is spot on.”

“I love these boots and have kept them and worn them lots already. Just want to warn people that they do seem to come up large though. I ordered my usual size 6 and have to wear 2 pairs of socks to make them fit comfortably.”

“I ordered a pair of black snakeskin ankle boots. They are not leather but you’d never know. Omg they are fab, so comfortable, very funky and can’t wait to wear all through the winter. The ordering was easy and the delivery came within 2 or so days. I would highly recommend Lotus Shoes”

“Love these boots, great colour and price. I ordered size 6 expecting EU size 39, but they were EU 40 and much too big. Your lovely customer service staff checked to see if you do these in 39, but sadly you don't. Regrettably I will be returning them”
