“My own fault entirely but I spent £6 on shoes I never had. £3.99 delivery and £2 to return on an order over £65. Never again.”

“I’ve struggled for years to find shoes that fit well, I’ve hit the jackpot with Lotus, I have now been able to build up a beautiful collection of occasion shoes, boots and leisurewear, Lotus is my go to company, I have ordered online too many pairs to mention, a couple of pairs with matching bags and haven’t had to return one pair, I have just bought my shoes and bag for my Granddaughters wedding next month as I did for my other Granddaughters wedding last year, they arrive quickly and beautifully packaged, thank you Lotus.”

“I Ordered Men’s Wallace Classic Black Leather Galligan Loafers size 7 from Lotus Shoes they look very neat shoes, however the quality did not match the look,I returned them the following day due to a fault with the left shoe, it was very loose on the foot, the shoes have a strip of elastic fitted to upper/inner part of the shoe I think the elastic is intended to give the shoe some support to make it a snug fit on the foot but in this case it did nothing, the right shoe was a perfect fit.”

“I’m sure that I’ll be delighted with my purchase when I receive it. I ordered ion the 9th January and am still waiting on Evri to deliver it, it’s now 18th January, I received a message from Evri to apologise that my parcel is delayed but they didn’t say how long for! Evri are giving reputable companies like Lotus Shoes a bad name!”

“Well they are nice, comfy and look great but when I zipped the right one up, the zip lower down came apart so it was obviously too tight lower down Now wearing them half unzipped because of the above issue”

“Very disappointed shoes didn't fit I have been to post office 3 times now with different things to send them back, I even organised a pick up for Mon yesterday, no one came, I don't think I would ever order on line again with yourselves, I order everything online and have no problem returning, I'm a disabled person and it's easier for me but not lotus sorry, dissatisfied customer”

“Excellent service from Lotus shoes. Just love my Patent Louella Boots that are extremely good quality and fit well. Had a problem with the delivery of the first pair which was due to Evri but after a phone call to Lotus, this was all sorted out very efficiently by their excellent customer service department. Will definitely be buying from Lotus again.”
