“Really like the Lotus Fantasy slippers, but as these were out of stock I purchased the Allure slippers. These are very similar and I was pleased to find them direct from the manufacturer.”

“Nice looking trainer which could double as a shoe but I did find my normal size 39 was a little loose length wise. Having a wide foot I wouldn’t risk a smaller size but if I had a slim foot a smaller size would have been better.”

“I do usually love your shoes but sadly had to return my recent purchase as the position of the peep toe cut into my toe. I now have arthritis affecting my feet and can no longer wear high heels. The block heel on the evening shoes promised to be ideal for comfort but the peep toe let me down. This is my problem and not the fault of the designer/manufacturer. Had they been leather they probably would have stretched a bit.”

“A rare find- a pair of long navy boots. Bought when on offer, so I consider them good value for money. Stylish but flat and therefore comfortable. A great addition to my collection of boots!”

“Was looking for something to replace my favourite old boots that had sadly fallen to bits. My order was dispatched really quickly and boots were very nice and excellent quality. However, they just weren’t quite right for me so I returned via Collect+, which was very simple, and received a refund from Lotus within a couple of days. Although I didn’t keep my purchases I was very impressed with service overall and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again or recommend.”

“Looked for ages for a unique pair of ankle boots & lotus came up trumps. They are gorgeous! Very different from anything on the High Street & very comfortable too. As for the cost-what a bargain for a fabulous quality boot. Love them!”

“Diabolical delay. Tracked the delivery progress and more delays! Better off using The royal Mail 1st class service for £3.55 instead of the £3.95 from Lotus and the parcel never turned up. so instead a refund is in progress. As a 1st time user i would not want to use this company again. I never even got an apology from the company. Very cold customer service. Dreadful service. Don't choose this company. If I had even had an apology as some form of compensation then this would have helped, but absolutely nothing.”
