“Ordered sandals. Received sandals plus an item from someone else’s order. Contacted Lotus shoes by phone and email, no response. Not impressed with the admin processes but sandals are lovely”

“The order was despatched quickly and when they said. The shoes themselves looked lovely but way too small for the size. However it was easy to download a returns label and return them.”

“I am thrilled with my purchase of lotus pink pearl shoes. They are very comfortable as the heel height is perfect and as I wanted them for a wedding they really look classy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.”

“I bought these shoes for my son's wedding. They are the wrong colour. But they are lovely comfortable and stylish. So I am keeping them. Please Lotus could you make the same in grey before next May.”

“I've always loved Lotus shoes. Had a pair of Mary Janes back in the 70s. My recent purchase of ankle boots are lovely. Comfortable as soon as I began wearing them. No wearing them in or rubbing. Fantastic, and a good price too”

“I can’t recommend these sandals highly enough. I bought a summer strapped version a few months ago with the same platform sole and I wasn’t disappointed. I have fallen arches and suffer from tendinitis also wide feet. So comfortable and danced the night away with no pain which is unheard of for me. The most comfortable sandal I have ever bought. Thank you Lotus 😊”
