“I had my eye on these Whitney boots for a while and when they had a discount I thought I'm having them. The picture online shoes the studded strap in quite a close up picture and I did look at all pictures for these. There is no wording in description about the colour of the hardware on this boot. So the picture was all I had to go on.. It looked silver/chrome to me. They arrived and to my disbelief they are gold !!! I phoned customer service to query had I been sent the wrong colour but when they checked other boots they were all the same all gold..!! its a rose to gold colour..So the customer service operator and all in the office all agreed with me that they look silver online but are in fact gold. Although I am unsure if I will keep them as I am not as keen on the gold version,although the boot itself is really lovely.So it may be I do keep them, but just be aware that they are a gold tone and not silver stud strap and zip.”

“I am very disappointed ordered from Amazon wrong colour sent also wrong size I don’t mind that but a dreadful carryon getting them back no receipt or anything in them.I am 78 and still haven’t had refund I paid £72 and still nothing.I did leaves message on the phone with Lotus and A very nice gentleman returned my call and said I should have received my money back in 72 hrs I do love Lotus but this is worrying me.Mrs R Fleming.”

“Ordered the black ness a boots, arrived quickly and well packed! I have a broad foot and recently had major surgery to ankle so fit and comfort are important. Size was true, leather is nice and soft. These boots can be dressed up or down for casual or going out ( when we can) Love these boots and have now order another pair but ankle boots (Manhattan) that I have had in the past and wore them for years. Totally recommend to all”

“These shoes are elegant and well made, something that I do not find in a lot of the footwear on the market. However, it is the Court/evening scandals that I like most and which suits me best - I am a bit wide feet. The ankle boots are a problem due to large ankles. More shoes in D-E fit please.”
