“Delivery arrived promptly but was disappointed to see that the round sparkly disc which should be centred on top of the shoes was off centre. I had bought a pair from Next and returned them for the same fault. I decided to keep these shoes despite the fault as like the design and need them for a wedding but will irritate me when I look down at my shoes!”

“Unfortunately the shoe I ordered was out of stock but the website did not reflect this . It was disappointing to discover this especially as the transaction for the shoe was processed and money taken out my account . The other pair I ordered were unsuitable and on returning to the collect plus shop the return label would not process . Had to pay to return the parcel . Not a good experience all round .”

“I have always ordered my shoes from lotus and berm extremely pleased with the product and service but I am trying to return a couple of pairs of shoes and can’t get any response from either my emails or messages left on the phone. Hopefully I’ll hear something very soon”

“One pair I ordered was out of stock and I wasn’t informed. The shoes were delivered two days before I received an email saying they were to be dispatched that day, also with no indication that one pair was out of stock. I had to contact customer services to get refund. Nice shoes, shambolic delivery”

“Lovely looking boots but sadly not true to size. I ordered a pair of size 6 boots as I am a size 6 in every single pair of shoes I own & have owned for years, sadly when the boots arrived they are more of size 5 as I can’t get my feet into them without squashing! Disappointingly they have now been returned :(”

“I’ve bought lotus shoes for years as they were so comfortable but the sandals I’ve had to return as they were not soft and comfortable they were called Josephine , they looked beautiful so I was very disappointed”

“Sandals were nice designs, l’m a 5.5 sized foot and sized up to a 6 as no half sizes, size 6 was very big. Prepaid bar code was unreadable because it had been printed out from a low ink cartridge! So l paid to post the shoes back, not too pleased about that. Was going to reorder but size 5 sold out.”

“The boots were beautiful, I have wide feet and find it difficult to find fashionable boots. I couldn’t believe it when theses were fitting me in the foot but the leg was too tight. Although they are lace up, they loose the look when you widen the lace .”

“I have purchased these sandals in the past and they were an ideal fit. They were sold previously as style “Loretta” Unfortunately the style “missippi” didn’t suit, as they were too roomy. This was disappointing. I thought that they would be the same fit. My usual fitting is D/ E. I am going to return them, which is a shame.”

“I have bought from Lotus in the past and beeh very pleased with the customer service and the quick delivery. Unfortunately I had to return my last purchase due to the tight fit of the sandal I had bought, but I would definitely buy from Lotus again. The customer sercice team are very helpful.”
