“The service was excellent and the shoes were beautiful. Very stylish and extremely comfortable, unfortunately they were to complement a wedding outfit and were the wrong colour. Return service was excellent too.”

“Never received the Shoes, even though money was taken and item confirmed as dispatched????? Did receive a refund, but with no apology or explanation of why items were confined as dispatched but not received! Very disappointed. Not sure I will be ordering again from Lotus in a hurry.”

“Delivery was prompt and excellent. Shoes were true to colour but being in Southern Ireland delivery and customs were extremely expensive. 15 sterling for delivery of one parcel and 38 sterling customs making it impossible to order again.”

“I love my boots. I bought a brown pair in the same style about 7 years ago and they have walked miles. They are so comfortable but also stylish. When I saw you still stock them I just had to buy a black pair! Thank you Lotus :)”

“Brought a pair of Lotus comfort casuals. Walked across the lawn which had a bit of dew on it and got a wet foot! Had a look and could see it was a result of bad finishing where the upper met the sole. To far and inconvient to take back. Won’t be buying Lotus shoes anymore.”
