“Beautiful Shoes Lighter coloured pink than in photo , however lovely and had some sparkle. Ordered size 6 and 7 Returned the size 6. Very comfortable.”

“My order was dealt with extremely efficiently, particularly in view of current Covid restrictions. The three pairs of Rombah Wallace were delivered very speedily. The Leather Regent Loafers (different colours) are beautifully made, stylish, lovely soft leather, very comfortable and a pleasure to wear. Well done Lotus!”

“Ordered my new sandals in silver 😀disappointed to receive them in gold 😞phoned customer service twice in two days left all my details NO RESPONSE 😔sent an email to customer service and still no response a week later !!!!!! Was going to keep the gold sandals and buy the silver ones as per original order with my lotus10 discount code but a total waste of my effort ☹️Please be careful when ordering from Lotus !I didn’t reorder the silver sandals (would still love to have them) . Customer service is terrible and I don’t think I will get a reaction from lotus😢”

“I bought a pair of cork wedge sandals - they were good value, good colour, true to size and easy to adjust with buckles on both straps. Only slight down side is that they are heavier than I expected.”
