“Brought a pair of size 3 Miriam leather boots They came the next day as ordered just what I wanted, extremely good value. I immediately ordered another pair which arrived as ordered. Will definitely use Lotus again, I only found their website by chance.”

“Boots were fine but paid for a next day delivery and ended up waiting 3 working days I did get a refund on my delivery charge Not sure if it was lotus or Hermes who let me down”

“Shoes are disappointing because they are so narrow. I tried them on in a shop aqnd thought the 6 would be perfect. However, not so. They are very tight and although supposed to be 'true to size' they are not.”
