“I had to return my purchase, only because they were not the same boot as I had bought around 10 years ago. There wasn't anything wrong with my purchase other than a design issue, being the zip was half way up, on the inside of the boot. This was not suitable for me as I found it hard to put the boots on (a age difficulty)! So sadly I had to return them.”

“I purchased a size 3 lotus navy shoe in September and after 5 wears the sole has cracked. I have always worn lotus shoes so I am disappointed with the purchase and if possible would like a replacement.”

“Have ordered many times and this is the first return I've had to make.The online return form kept coming up as an error so phoned the company and they arranged a free collection from my home by royal mail,very pleased with customer service.”

“My partner has a favourite pair of boots which happened to be Lotus boots. She's had them a while but they're beginning to show signs of wear. She wanted a new pair but couldn't remember where she bought them from. We looked on the iPad and found the Lotus website. To her delight her favourite boots were still available and after a few clicks the new boots were ordered. The best part is that the very next day the lovely new boots were delivered to our door by courier. What excellent service. I would recommend Lotus Shoes without any hesitation.”

“I ordered boots and received notification that they were dispatched. After a week still no delivery. Contacted Lotus to be told my order was lost by the delivery company and boots out of stock. Very disappointed. I have asked for a refund”
