“I really like the shoes,but the colour is coming off,which is disappointing. Shoes are very comfortable and if the colour isn't coming off,I would think it's perfect.”

“I returned my order because they were totally the wrong boots dispatched. I asked for the original boots that I ordered to be sent to my (12/12/23). I haven’t received them to date. Not impressed. I didn’t pay for the returns because it wasn’t my fault there had to be returned.”

“I have purchased 4 pairs of Katya sneakers(2 from a shop and two online) Unfortunately, I can only buy a size seven, because you don't do an eight, which means they are a little uncomfortable, being rather tight. I also bought , a few weeks ago, a size 8 but in another style and they are too big, so I have a problem with your sizing.”

“I found the shoe boots I'd been looking for at a great price. They were delivered within 2/3 days and they were well packed and obviously brand new ( sometimes things look like they may be returns ). I will be looking at the Lotus site for my summer sandals,”

“I have had a pair of Lotus boot for 4 years now that are so comfortable, they are like slippers. Couldn’t believe it when I saw almost identical on your website. Came next day and they are so beautiful and comfortable. Got the first pair in suede. Was so pleased with them had to have another pair but in leather. Two pairs for the price of one! Absolutely delighted x”

“The shoes were lovely but, l couldn't even get them ony feet as they were to Narrow. I always buy Lotus shoes in a size 6 and never have a problem with them.l am very disappointed as l really did like the shoes”
