“I bought Lotus boots as I have two pair which have lasted for years, and are worn regularly. I ordered a pair of ankle boots which arrived within 3 days, the p& p is very reasonable and the boots are lovely quality and a great fit. I never buy any other brand.I think you can't beat them for price either.”

“The boots arrived promptly, are just as described and very comfortable. The sizing was not quite right as I usually wear a 6. They were very big, so changed to a 5 and am very happy with them now. My sister liked them so much, she;s buying some as well.”

“Luv these shoes - fit perfectly - l have a narrow foot and these shoes have the ability to be tightened around the ankle - bought for a wedding so haven’t worn them yet - wore them around the house and are comfortable.”

“Returned my boots back to Lotus unworn and have been waiting 3 weeks for a refund. I have contacted them twice and still waiting on a reply to why I haven’t received a refund in full. Will not be ordering from them again in the future.”
