“I ordered some slippers but had to send them back because they were too small. The customer service is excellent. If anything, the person who I emailed regarding my return was extremely helpful. I had no idea how to do the refund label/QR code thing that I needed and after emailing the customer service team, they got back to me very promtly and sent me a link. I had no idea what to do after that and whoever it was that was dealing with the emails that afternoon went above and beyond. They'd messaged me back telling me that they'd done the label/QR code thing that I needed for the return for me. I was so impressed with such a brilliant service. Their help was greatly appreciated, I can't thank them enough.”
