“Delivery was good, only problem was I received a totally different pair of boots from the pair that i ordered, so when I went back on the site the boots that I ordered were out of stock. I won't be ordering again from lotus”

“Lotus is my now go to site for boots. I wear a size 6 and they are perfect. I currently have foot pain in my left foot and my boots are so comfortable. Boots are stylish but not cumbersome or heavy and can be dressed up or down depending on outfit, well done lotus”

“Always liked Lotus shoes and was searching for the ones I ordered. However, with a narrow fit and small ankles, I found them too wide. Unfortunately had to return them. Are Lotus shoes only inline? They seem hard to find in shops.”

“I had to return my purchase, only because they were not the same boot as I had bought around 10 years ago. There wasn't anything wrong with my purchase other than a design issue, being the zip was half way up, on the inside of the boot. This was not suitable for me as I found it hard to put the boots on (a age difficulty)! So sadly I had to return them.”

“I purchased a size 3 lotus navy shoe in September and after 5 wears the sole has cracked. I have always worn lotus shoes so I am disappointed with the purchase and if possible would like a replacement.”

“Have ordered many times and this is the first return I've had to make.The online return form kept coming up as an error so phoned the company and they arranged a free collection from my home by royal mail,very pleased with customer service.”
