“Easy ordering online and prompt delivery. The sandals were true to their description. My personal preference would have the inner sole a lighter colour but they are comfortable.”

“I have purchased slippers from Ebay and Amazon before but unfortunately they were not comfortable at all. I decided to purchase direct from Lotus and i am so glad i did. The slippers are the best i have ever had and the delivery was very fast. Thank you Lotus, I will definitely buy from you again. Regards Kev”

“Customer Service and despatch time at Lotus is excellent. I bought a pair of boots but the first pair were faulty - one foot a size bigger!. I telephoned Customer Service and the young gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and arranged for another pair to be quality checked and despatched and the faulty pair to be collected. The second pair arrived quickly and were fine.”

“My shoes are lovely. We are trying to buy shoes from Italy, India, Spain, and Germany and not buying from certain other countries, so finding lotus shoes made in Italy helps. I know some of the shoes are not made in Italy so we will avoid purchasing those particular ones.”
