“Absolutely beautiful shoes, dressy and casual. I wear them with my casual kilt outfit and dressy with trousers. The leather is gorgeous, as is the punch-hole design. The sole is of very high quality and could be resoled if I so wished. I intend to keep these boots well maintained and polished, and if everything goes to plan, I'll be the owner of these shoes for many, many years. Thank you.”

“The service I received was very good , the parcel was delivered very promptly after ordering and the quality of the product and packaging was excellent. Unfortunately I had to return the bag as it didn’t go with my outfit- the colour in the picture one line was different . The returns process was just as efficient as I was able to use Collect+ service. I would not hesitate to use Lotus Shoes again in the future.”

“These boots are a lovely quality, and very feminine. However they do come small so I had to return my usual size 5 and reorder a size 6, which meant I paid for delivery twice. It would be beneficial to have the choice of half sizes. Otherwise I'm happy 😊”
