“Delivery and packing first class. Quality of sandles good however the design could be better. The front and the body needs to be slightly wider to avoid tight fitting.”

“I was more than happy with my navy Lotus prancer boots. Unfortunately one of the smallest buttons fell off after wearing them only a few times. I contacted Lotus who advised that they would try and send me a replacement button. One would assume they have thousands in their factory. I have yet to hear back from them, having contacted them again. Really disappointed that I can no longer wear the boots for such a minor reason.”
