“I’m extremely happy with Lords Sewing, I pre-ordered an embroidery machine back in 2020 with them and received a lovely hand written note to remember to keep the receipt for warranty purposes as well as saying that it will be dispatched shortly by the machine manufacturer! I made my second purchase recently of embroidery hoop and everything went smoothly and super quick dispatch! Recommend them a lot”
