“Went back to Lords Sewing as I had been impressed in the past. Once again impressed with website, ease of ordering (an overlocker), price and delivery. Ordered Sunday and delivered Tuesday (a 2 hour delivery slot). Would use again”

“I recently (Dec 2021) had my V3 repaired/serviced by Andrew and really happy with their prompt attention. At the time I was thinking of part ex to Stellaire and Yvonne demonstrated the machine without any pressure to purchase it. I decided to have a think about it and of course a couple of weeks later ‘bit the bullet’ and now a proud & happy owner of the Stellaire. Unlike some machine shops who only service/repair Brother machines sold by them, Lords accomodate all customers no matter where their purchase was from and are pleasant, knowledgeable, caring and most of all listen to their customer. Hence I went back to them to make this purchase in the knowledge that they completely understand and look after their customer needs. Thankyou Andrew, Kirsty, Yvonne and the rest of the team for a great service.”

“I ordered some threads for my embroidery machine .they were on offer but my goodness they were amazing .No doublets all colours I use regularly . Such a quick delivery Can’t fault it at all x”
