“Called into Lords this week to look at a sewing machine. Had lovely, calm, honest and relaxed service from Kirsty. Nothing was too much trouble and she even suggested - when I made a decision - that I could always go home and consider it and then ring an order in! I didn't. Then yesterday went back to collect the machine. More of the same but this time from Keith and Angela who couldn't have been more helpful. I have been sewing for 45 years but this is the first machine I have purchased from Lords. Can't recommend them highly enough! Thanks Team Lords!”

“Just had my Embroidery machine serviced by Lords excellent service by them, they are brilliant to talk to very helpful,I have had my embroidery machine for about fifteen years and it’s still like new I have had three machines from lords (upgrades )and will always buy from them, anybody looking for a machine go to Lords sewing, you will not be disappointed.”
