“Lords serviced my V3 embroidery machine 3 weeks later it developed a fault which wasn’t there fault. With James help i was able to rectify it myself, without his help i would have had to send it back to them to rectify it. Nothing seems too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend and will be using them again in the future.”

“Where possible, I always use Keith Lord for anything Brother related. I ordered my Brother magnetic 5x7 hoop on line at 2.00pm and it arrived at 9.00am the next day. I doubt that any other retailer could have improved on that. Better still, it was considerably cheaper than other suppliers. I have been travelling from Yorkshire to Lords for a good few years now because I trust their knowledge and expertise.”
