“Shopping starts with the website which is very intuitive; the items are good quality, described clearly and information is on hand. I love the tutorials (not too long) which are very informative. Dispatch times and communications can't be improved, these are the reasons that Lords is my first choice for the things I need. Thank you Lords, you're doing a great job!”

“Ordered a brother embroidery frame late morning on a Tuesday, they rang to say the size I wanted was due in on Thursday and was this ok. I actually needed the frame quickly so I went up a size by one inch and it went in the post later that day. Package received on Wed. Fab service.”

“Appreciated the personal call regarding the out of stock item to see if I wanted it to be sent separately when it came back in stock or whether I wanted the item refunded at this time. Nice personal touch. Recently I got in touch regarding a flywheel/hand wheel for my combo machine and was plesantly surprised were stocked. Customer service on both occasions was very helpful and much appreciated. The type of service that makes you return to a supplier in the future. Thank you again.”

“Lords have been mentioned so many times in the sewing groups I am in. I live in Scotland where it is not easy sometimes to get what I need. I thought I would check and see if they had the USB I needed and they did. Ordered it online acknowledged quickly and my order arrived the next day which was brilliant. I will certainly use them in the future.”
