“Knew what I wanted and found the overlocker on the Lords website and was delighted to find it at a brilliant price. I phoned to check availability and spoke to a staff member who went that extra mile to be helpful with delivery and reassured me that if I needed any technical help with my new purchase ladies were on hand to advise me.
