“Excellent service every time. My innovis V3 needed a 'brother' so I purchased the stellaire (both from Lords Sewing). I wouldn't go anywhere else because the prices are good and the help and support you get is second to none. HIghly recommended.”

“Lords sewing are a great company to buy from. The pricing is very competitive and the despatch time is excellent. I received a sewing machine next day a couple of years ago and my recent purchase of software upgrade was received next possible day after Xmas period. Definitely a trustworthy company.”

“I ordered some embroidery threads for my embroidery machine online over Christmas. It was a simple process to order online.The order was processed and delivered within a couple of days. The quality of the items received is excellent and oerfect for my requirements. I have previously visited the store, and the staff have always been polite and are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. I will certainly be using their services again.”

“Ordered some Floriani embroidery threads for my machine late on 26/12/23 and they were delivered on 29/12/23. Good service as always. I only ever get these through Lords as they have always been reliable.Very happy with both service and cost!”

“I have several crafting hobbies including dressmaking, quilting and bag making all of which require slightly different equipment such as needles, scissors and indeed. sewing machines. Lords is the first place that I go to as they have a wide selection of items at fair prices. They are also happy to offer advice to you out and all-round provide an excellent service.”
