“The foot control and needle threader had broken at the same time on my Brother innovis 30. I was about to take the machine for a service locally when I found Keith Lord's video clip showing needle threader replacement. I thought it looked fiddly but manageable. I e-mailed to check if I had the correct parts in my basket. Kirsty replied within a very short time to confirm which parts I needed. Parts arrived very quickly and, with the video running for reference we fitted the needle threader. Delighted! Saved £90+ service charge. Thanks so much. I am about to order another threader to have on hand”
