“The service received from Lords is always the best. Orders placed are received the next day, but the best service was delivery to my home of my new machine by Keith and his wife, bearing in mind, I live 270 miles away! Thank you to the team at Lords. Excellent service.”

“I ordered my quilting foot on Sunday evening and received an email, to say it been dispatched on the Monday morning. Excellent service, both with postal orders and in-store purchases. Everyone at Lords is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. My first stop for all my sewing equipment needs. Thanks everyone, excellent service - as usual!”

“Brilliant customer service I ordered a brother cover stitch online ,had a phone call about 20 mins later to say sorry the machine was out of stock and would I like a upgrade at no extra cost ,ordered and received in less than 24 hours you can't get better than that”
