“Fabulous and quick service. Due to building works at home, I have not yet been able to use the Brother Dynamic foot and adjustable bias binding foot. Big house clean up this weekend and then some fun sewing with my new purchases. I also find the videos featuring Kirsty extremely helpful. Thank you.”

“I received my parcel on Friday, very well wrapped. I had a telephone call from a very nice lady on Thursday concerning my order, expressing concerns that I had ordered the wrong foot for my Brother machine and advised I change to an alternative to prevent damage, which I did. Very pleased with Lords customer service.”
