“Excellent Exceeded Expectations Fantastic trip to Lords yesterday despite awful weather. Not only did we get to see the crew we also collected our two new machines and accessories, plus bought a few more bargains they had on offer whilst there. Kirsty only ordered the machines from Brother on Monday and she must have pulled out all the stops as they had been delivered to the store just before we arrived yesterday. That was a huge surprise as I didn't expect to be collecting them yesterday and thought they would arrive to me at home later in the week. Our trip yesterday was to mainly take in the old machines which were being part exchanged and to see the staff. What can we say - as always excellent service from Lords, but this time you exceeded our expectations. Kirsty is so knowledgeable about the Brother products and understands you needs excellently and Keith's advice as always is second to none on the tech side of things too. We cant fault them at Lords, they are so consistent with their excellent customer service and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Thank you all for another fantastic transaction.”
