“Re: the wide table accessory that I purchased from you, for some reason, the table won't lock on to my machine, the claw is entering the slot on my machine though it is not locking in place causing the table to part from the machine.”

Hi Don, Thank you for sending your photos and explaining where the issue lies with your table. After our chat this morning your wife has decided to keep it at this time but as I said, if you decide to do otherwise going forward we can issue a full refund for you. “Excellent and very friendly company. I ordered a Brother V3, it arrived within 2 days . They emailed me twice to keep me updated and it was like we were all old family friends. Prices are amazing considering its a family run business. Very personable indeed. Their delivery method was just perfect. I, again, was kept up to date with everything. Lords really are fantastic and I highly recommend. I bought a Brother so no comments about this as it Lord's that need this recognition xx”
