“I have not yet received my order as the floriani embroidery backing I wanted was out of stock so is on back order the reason Hi good customer service in letting me know that the Floriani machine embroidery backing I ordered was out of stock you would send it when available the reason I bought it was that I saw Hazel Tonbridge using it on one of her demonstrations on u tube . Thank you Heather Perrett”

“Took my older machine in for a service and threading issue on Monday and was delighted to be able to pick it up all sorted on Thursday. Amazing service, so helpful, Andrew and the ladies in the store could not have been more helpful. Came away very happy with a nice collection of extra purchases of embroidery threads and a few other bits. A real gem of a shop for sewing and embroidery enthusiasts.”
