“Lords Sewing is the best. Excellent service and always ready to help if we have any problems or want to know anything. There are some videos on YouTube for some of the products such as feet etc. Keith did a video about the needle threader not working which is great and very easy to follow. I have recommended this video to other people with this problem. Everyone is very friendly. Highly recommend Lords Sewing. X”

“EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! If I could give 6* I would. Ordered my Brother F440e embroidery machine along with some supplies on Wednesday & arrived on the Friday! All well packaged even with a little extra fee gift of stabiliser (thankyou). After making such a big purchase and a little apprehensive, I needn’t have worried, excellent customer service from Kirsty who kept me updated with phone calls on the status of my order/delivery, nothing was too much trouble for her. Have now placed another order with Lords Sewing and will certainly recommend to all my Sewing friends! Very Pleased……”

“Excellent company, used in past for small items and found them to be very good. However having recently made two larger purchases am delighted to say it’s the same fabulous service, so for large or small purchases Lords are definitely the place to go.
