“Within an hour or so of placing the order I had a call to say that 2 reels were awaiting delivery would it be OK if the dispatch was delayed for a day or two. I said yes but the order came a few days later as if it had not been delayed. Full marks for the call giving information and for a prompt dispatch. We were out and delivery was left in porch - I assume it was Parcel Force but I cannot be sure”

“Someone recommended Lords sewing on a Facebook group and I’m so glad I found them. Placed an order with them for supplies I needed in a hurry and they were dispatched same day and I received them the next day with free shipping. Amazing service and prices cheaper than my usual supplier whose fastest delivery is 3 days.. I will definitely being using Lords Sewing going forward.”
