“Lords are an excellent company to deal with. When the automatic needle threader on my Brother machine stopped working I was panic-stricken. But Lords came to my rescue. They had exactly the replacement part I needed at a very reasonable price, and even have a video showing how to install it! I received it within 48 hours, fitted it and my machine is working perfectly again. Thank you so much Lords. I have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“Very pleased with my first and not my last order from this company. I ordered the Brother Stellair luggage and asked for next day delivery which was also included due to its price and that is exactly what I got. It arrived during the time it was supposed to and also in very good condition. I am over the moon with my trolley luggage and the service I received from lords. I even had a lovely handwritten note from them thanking me for my custom attached to my receipt which I received through the post. Thankyou 😃”

“I bought iron on medium stabilizer which arrived well packaged and very quickly so I was not held up on the project I am working on. It was a little more expensive than my previous but of a convenient width and lovely to work with so worth the extra cost Izer”
