“Timely service on line… orders go out promptly; when you go to the shop staff are always friendly and helpful, if you ring for advice it is always freely given. Andrew has taken time to explain stuff over the phone too. Kirsty always takes an interest whatever your latest project is and Yvonne has secrets yet to share I’m sure. “I was recommended Lords Sewing at an embroidery course st the quilt cabin. I visited the shop last Tuesday and I was really impressed with the service and support I received. I have upgraded my embroidery machine and Lords were so helpful when I collected it last Friday. I will definitely be buying my embroidery supplies from Lords. Many many thanks. Nothing was too much trouble for them.”
