“Fast service but one of the cotton colours didn’t match the one I already have even though it was supposed to be Brother embroidery thread and the numbers are the same.”

As we discussed over the phone, it would appear that you were looking for a "Bro-Thread" colour, and we only stock the Brother branded threads, so there was a little confusion there. “Iv ordered a few times from here now and they are very prompt, if there’s a problem they call and fix the problem fast , I received my embroidery threads and because of a slight delay I received some scissors I was over the moon with them !! Thank you very much for being really nice and very kind Joanne storey”
