“I usually order haberdashery from a bigger outlet, but they are always very slow at sending things out and never advise what the delay is. I remembered ordering some hard to find stabiliser a while back from Lords and checked to see if you had what I was looking for this time, rayon threads. You did, so I placed my order and was delighted to receive my parcel two days later!! I will be coming to you first in future! Thank you for your prompt, efficient service. I'm a happy customer and will recommend you to my sewing friends without hesitation.”

“I bought a new embroidery machine from Lords in January and received great communication and help with my order. Since then Lords have been excellent at providing advice and information after sales, this includes their YouTube videos explaining how to use and problem solve with my new machine. Since then they have been my goto for accessories which are competitively priced and posted out very quickly. Great service. Thankyou.”
