“I ordered a new needle threader for my Brother machine but could not remove the old damaged one. I phoned Lord’s and a very lovely lady talked me through it. Hey presto! Problem solved. Very quick delivery of the new threader too! Thank you Lord’s!”

“Lords is brilliant. They are the most helpful and knowledgeable shop I have ever bought from. They go the extra mile every time I shop there. I wouldn't even consider shopping anywhere else. I made a phone call to confirm I was ordering the correct thing. Kirsty took the call, directed me to the correct product which I ordered on the Internet. The goods arrived next day we'll packaged and I am over the moon. If only there were more shops like this. I have shopped there for years and will continue to do so.”
