“I received my kit 3 upgrade for my Luminaire after a short wait. Lords kept me informed about when to expect the item and it arrived this week, carefully packaged. I am happy with the product and their service.”

“My wife has been a customer of Lords for around twenty years and has had several Embroidery machines which have all been excellent and she has benefited from excellent after-sales service and advice whenever she has rung them. For our 55th wedding anniversary she said that she would love to replace her overlocker which we bought from Lords in 2009. I ordered on Friday 7 October and the machine arrived at lunchtime today, exceptionally well packed and already threaded and she is delighted with it. Thank you once again to all concerned for your continued excellent service over all these years.”
