“Recently my order from Lords went astray. When I reported that it hadn't arrived they immediately offered to send me another if it didn't turn up. We both tried to track it with no luck. Luckily my very helpful postman did it for me and the item was finally found. Good news all round. Over the years I have purchased four sewing machines and countless other items from Lords and I know that their service is next to none.”
