“Kind, friendly and patient staff. I took up more than an hour or two of their time, and they were happy to explain and advise on every aspect and detail that I required. I was looking at a high end embroidery machine (of which I knew nothing about) so there was a lot to advise. Customer service is so important to me and when I’m ready to make my purchase, I will only go back to Lords. If you’re not sure, pay them a visit and decide for yourselves.”

“What a fantastic service from all the staff at Lords. From answer my query on the telephone to visiting the shop and leaving my Brother V3 there for service. It was back home within five days and only because there was a weekend in the middle. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. It’s my go to place for all my sewing and embroidery needs. Five star service and very highly rated.”
