“THIS IS A SCAM! I placed an order for Gucci Flora gift set on the 14th Nov with delivery to be between the 20th and 27th Nov. No confirmation of dispatch was received and still today the order is set as 'Unfulfilled'. Needless to day my order never arrived, my queries have been ignored, my requests to cancel also ignored. I contacted AMEX who have refunded me the money and are following up on my behalf based on the reviews here and my experience that this is a scam. DO NO BUY FROM HERE”
