"THIS IS A SCAM! I placed an order for Gucci Flora gift set on the 14th Nov with delivery to be between the 20th and 27th Nov. No confirmation of dispatch was received and still today the order is set as 'Unfulfilled'. Needless to day my order never arrived, my queries have been ignored, my requests to cancel also ignored. I contacted AMEX who have refunded me the money and are following up on my behalf based on the reviews here and my experience that this is a scam. DO NO BUY FROM HERE"

"These are scammers ! They take your money and do NOT give you any product , send an automated email saying \u201cthere is a problem with the tracking emails \u201cwhen asking for tracking information , avoid at all cost ! I only trusted this company because they were used by Clearpay ! But they are 100000% a scam"

"****SCAM*****\r\nI placed an order 8 days ago, still not received and have been told there are issues with their shipping emails. They reply to my emails requesting information and proof but they keep saying there is an issue and they will send the details again on a seperate email. I have told them i want proof or a refund and have now been ignored. With all the technology these days, there is no reason that they cannot provide a tracking number or a photo proof of this. They are now saying that there is a delay with Evri. Since i placed my order, i have seen numerous reviews saying the same thing. Do not believe the other reviews on this site, they are clearly all fake. Stay away from this site."
