“Great experience from check in to check out. The apartment was clean, comfortable beds and modern, virtually new fitout. Some extra eating utensils (there was a set of 6 of everything and we booked for 7) and tongs in the kitchen would have been handy. The staff were helpful and obtained the additional bedding and chair and 2 fans (for the heat) we needed immediately. Overall a positive experience.”

“Excellent attention. Cleaned very well. On attention when something was mistakinly taken from our room and returned promptly.... a specific white pillow case which I considered a hopeless cause amongst all the white pillow cases. Very discreet. Helpful with luggage.”

“Very clean and quiet; excellent and unobtrusive service. Staff is friendly and accomodating.. Only drawback street noise from Shepard's Market on weekends. But when closed the double paned windows do their job well...quiet. Staff is willing to help in any way they can. Competent.”

“The apartment was huge and very comfortable. bigger than i expected. very clean and they have everything that you need. the staff was very helpful as well. could not get a better location, easy to get around and closed to the tube stations by few minutes of walking. The agent, Giavanna, was extremely helpful and made the booking so easy. Very satisfied.”

“The cleanliness of the utensils wasn’t up to the mark. When we checked in, some of them were dirty and even housekeeping didn’t clean it the next time they came. Our used tray from the room service was picked up only after 4 days! Besides this the Apts are very spacious and very central.”
