“We were very pleased with the service extended to us by Giavanna. Because of a medical situation, we needed to switch apartments at the last minute (we needed a lift). She not only accommodated our request, but found us an exceptional apartment in Mayfair. We will certainly be using London Serviced Apartments on our next trip to London.”

“The service is mainly the cleaning service comes once a week. This service however is inadequate as I frequently found that they did not do proper job (e.g cutlery not properly cleaned and bed sheet was old and it had white materials came out from it that sticked to all my clothes)”
