I have updated my review. The comany was slow to respond initially to emails about a delayed package but once they did they quickly resolved the problem and offered a free test as goodwill. They then stayed in touch to make sure the problem did not reoccur. Once I submitted a test they replied very quickly with the test result. So I would continue to use.”
“This experience has been a learning curve. At first I could not get enough blood to test even though I followed the instruction given. That said when I got back I touch they had a chat with me and gave me some pointers to successfully complete the sample required. This I am very pleased with and they also sent out another kit so I could try again. Great service and actively responded in a timely manner. 👍”
