“Useless, the 3 lancets included couldn't produce more than a couple of drops of blood, especially without squeezing your finger, even following the instructions to the letter. After 20 minutes of trying to poke at myself with sterilized stanley knife blades in an effort to create enough blood to fill the tube to the required level I threw the whole kit in the bin and swore very loudly. No option to refund if the kit fails (which it will), and this is from someone who usually bleeds like an alcoholic at the hint of a sharp object. Complete farce. Only option if the kit fails is to purchase another kit with an extra useless lancet at your own cost. Waste of £20+”

“I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I have received regarding my recent orders of a testosterone testing kit.
Firstly, the kit was dispatched without the correct method to extract the required amount of blood for the test. Upon contacting your team for assistance, I was advised to purchase an additional kit that would supposedly include the proper extraction method. Unfortunately, this second kit never arrived. I then ordered a third which also never arrived.
Despite multiple attempts to reach out via WhatsApp, I have received no response whatsoever. This lack of communication and accountability is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.
I have now paid for three kits and have yet to receive a functional product or any meaningful support. I expect a full resolution to this matter, including full refund for all purchases.”
“The test arrived promptly, and the information was clear.
However, the amount of blood required to fill the sample tube up to the required level is far more than can be obtained using the 3 price needles provided. To get that amount needs a real phlobotomist and a needle. They clearly state that if you don't get the required amount the test wont be done. A waste of money.”
