“Fast dispatch. Kit comes with clear instructions of how to do the test and return. Results only take a few days. I use this company in between GP surgery blood tests so I know how I’m doing. Always found the results reliable.”

“The kit arrived very quickly and was easy to use with clear instructions. I had an email to say the sample had arrived and the following morning the results were sent to me. The whole experience was great and I would definitely use the service again”

“I sent my bloods nearly a week ago and they sent an email saying they received my bloods and that I should get my results within 3 days. I haven't received my results yet. I have also sent emails, messages and called them to get an update and no response. Not happy”

“The test took a week to arrive after order. Since returning it 5 days ago I have received no feedback, nothing to say it's been received, awaiting processing, processed, has problems ....zilch.”
