Felt ripped off after realizing I had to completely leave the airport (go through customs and back through security) while using this taxi service. I was not met at my gate but just outside of the passport check which took nearly 20 minutes to wait in that line. We were then taken to an elevator to go to a parking garage where we exited the airport and drove around to terminal 5. We were dropped off outside of check in where we had to go back through security. Because our flight was delayed/canceled our boarding passes no longer were valid so we had to go back through the check in process to be allowed through security. My family hired this company because they made it seem like you would save so much time getting taken from your arrival gate to your departure gate which was not the case. We had a 90 minute layover and though our flight was delayed/canceled (thankfully) we would have missed our flight because of using this taxi service that we thought would get us there quicker than using the airport transportation. We were also charged an extra amount because we went over the hour limit (which is noted in the contract) so if you do decide to go with this company do not check 0 minutes after arrival because by the time you get to your driver it’s almost 40 minutes past when they showed up for you. Would not recommend.

Returning with my family on a very delayed flight due to major IT disruption. London Heathrow Taxis decided to use the disruption as a mechanism for profiteering and add further misery to a very challenging day of travel. They added extra charges (£30) without any proper explanation, and which failed to meet the terms and conditions on their website. They effectively blamed me for late arrival at Heathrow when IT systems were malfunctioning across the globe. I highly advise to stay away from this unethical company.

we booked the company because they offered car seats, paying more compared to other companies. we explicitly asked for a toddler car seat, with back and 5points harness, and they provided boosters, which we already had. despite specifying how much we cared on different occasions , they ignored the request, or warned us that it was not guaranteed.

I ordered the Taxi to pick up last Friday, the drivers will deliberately overcharge me. We booked 5:40 and arrived 18:08pm but the driver told my husband pick up time was 4:40 and we were late so we have to pay extra £30. When I get in the car the driver already start to complain my luggages and try to ask me pay more when my husband come down stair to carry my luggage the driver just talk about other stories which is I was late and charge my husband extra £30. I will not use this again. so bad.

Don't use this company! I you dont give them the exact time to pick up at airport they charge you extra. When cancellation of booking it takes them weeks to refund you. First they said 14 days for refund then they e mailed and said it will takes 14 days more.... Terrible customer service.

Waited for 30 mins and had to call twice to find the driver who was waiting at Intl arrivlas for a Domestic flight. Surely the basic idea of a pick up is to be in the right place. I had provided the flight details.

Taxi 25045, most obnoxious and rude driver I’ve ever had the displeasure of experiencing. We have saved hard to go to Barbados and stayed in T3 Hotel. In order to experience Virgin First Class from end to end we waited in the taxi rank. We got in the taxi and asked to go to T3 Virgin First Class which is a separate entrance to T3 arrivals. He refused to take us and told us we were taking the p*ss and at first refused. The taxi rank Coordinator had to get on the radio and the driver was told by control that he would be removed from service if he refused the job. Again we were told we were taking the p*ss and he threw the last case in to the cab and slammed the door. He took us where we needed to go at speed accelerating quick and breaking hard so cases were rolling around on their wheels aggressively. When we got to the point of disembarking we tried to give him an extra tip for his trouble and he refused it, calling us the laziest couple he had ever met. Granted we could have walked across all of T3 from Hotel to Arrivals but we would have missed the experience of arriving by car and being greeted at the Virgin First Class entrance with a smile and good morning Sir. A life experience. So Mr Taxi Driver 25045 having spoilt what should have been a lovely experience and start to this morning, I hope you have a better day tomorrow. Whatever your view is you provide a service and should be professional at all times. You were not professional, not polite to a lady who you upset and spoilt the start to a day of a lifetime experience. I hope you are proud of yourself.

The driver was taking in mobile with has wife on speaker , we are really not comfortable for that .

Booked and paid in advance online for a 5:30am car to Heathrow. Driver never showed up, and the dispatcher couldnt get a hold of him. We were told there was no backup car available, and we were left scrambling to find a car service that could provide a car seat and we were late to the airport. We asked for a refund, and while they said they would - they asked for our bank details! We will cancel the charge on our card instead.

The driver was meant to meet my boss at 9.50 at the Arrivals Gate, instead I get a call at 10.18 saying he is still driving round and will not stop until his office tells him too. I have told him and the head office to pick him up at the arrivals gate, it is also shown below under meeting your driver. I paid on the website and he was suggesting my boss also pay in cash which will be a double payment. I have said to both the driver and the office several times, do not charge the passenger anything, if the payment from the website hasn’t gone through call me and I will pay by card. Do NOT charge Steven! The driver was still in the car park at 10.47 even though he and the head office agreed he would get out with a sign with Steven’s name on. Instead Steven has had to run around looking for him. This has been so unprofessional and an unnecessary stress on an already extremely stressful morning. How hard was it for him to park, get out of the car and meet him? I don’t see why we should even have to pay the £72 for this service, it is appalling!

The meet and greet that I paid for did not happen. The driver did not meet me where I was told this would happen and asked me to go to parking lot.

Don't put specific time when booking as they have no concept on airport protocols and will charge extra once journey is done

Unfortunately the taxi was not there at the moment of arrival. Although the flight details provided were ok and no flight delays happened. Also, the point of meeting which you indicated was not followed by the driver. Instead he told me to meet him in another place in the parking lot. I still had to wait for him because he was not there and I had additional telephone costs. We left the airport with 30min of delay. Very poor service from the driver. If I had taken a normal taxi I would have been better served and would have had a much lower cost

Incredibly rude driver - charged us extra for having hand baggage. There was no mention on the website of an extra charge for hand baggage. Don’t use this service.

I amore not satisfied by the service. At the pick-up point there was nobody. I write anche e-mail to ask for help and nobody answer. Fortunately I saw a man of your company and asked him. Hè was very nice and helped me but I Walter a very long time. This is not a service! I amore very unsatisfied!

This was one of the worst and most terrifying rides I ever had. Firstly, my driver did not put on his mask correctly, and I had to ask him three times to cover his nose. Secondly, he swerved in the lane every time he checked the direcitons or changed the music. And lastly, on the way exiting the highway, he HIT A MAN ON A BICYCLE. He got into an argument with the cyclist over who's fault it was but having been the passenger I can say with certainty it was 100% the driver's fault. I would have said so during the drive but I was terrified since he still had to take me home. This man should not have a driver's license.

I booked a taxi for 15:45 and the driver hadn’t showed up, so I called them and apparently he was 25 minutes away so the guy on the phone started to ask me when I wanted to be at the airport. He said there was nothing he could do. It was a very difficult situation because we had our one year old baby and had to rush on public transport. Who knows If we would have made it to the airport if I hadn’t called. Also when I made the booking they instantly got in touch with me to make sure I paid the 12£ for the city circle tolls otherwise they wouldn’t confirm the booking. As soon as I did they sent me another email saying they “forgot” to mention that we couldn’t be picked up at the selected location and the driver would call when he was nearby. Horrendous! Don’t book!

I had an awful driver yesterday who complained about how short my tro was. Apparently a £17 trip was too short for his 5 he wait at the airport. He was such a jerk about it. When I had to pay via cc he was an even bigger jerk - i admit i should have read the sign indicating that i needed to inform him of my.payment method before leaving the airport. I just got off a harrowing flight experience to Dublin where the aircraft could not land. I was trying to get rebooked on a flight as I was getting on the taxi. Yout taxi drivers really need more empathy training. Tourists do not need to meet jerks upon entering the UK.
