“In spite of my plane landing 30 mins early and my driver not there I was most impressed with the service. Henry was very smart and the car was very clean and comfortable. Henry was very courteous and it was a very smooth run from the airport to homeboy the M25! I will be looking to use LondonHeathrow taxis again soon. Thank you.”

“Picked up at Kings Cross and taken to Heathrow. Excellent service from very personable driver. Phone call from office was well received and they helped us to easily find the driver at the station. Would highly recommend”

“I booked the taxi for 3pm. The driver ring me at 2pm and told me that there is a lot of traffic on the motor way. He told me that he is already outside and it took him 2 hours coming from Heathrow. I was worried and said I will go now. When we are on the road the traffic was normal and we reached to terminal 3 in 50 min. I was very disappointed. As I left in a worry, I forgot to take my jacket and couple of other things home. Also I had to wait hours to board my plane. I’m not pleased with the service.”
