“I got the taxi booked from Heathrow to Gatwick aiport for my parents flying from India to Canada via London. This was last minute booking done online and well acknowledged by the LHT team. They were very responsive to share booking and driver details. I had requested for an Indian driver and the company acknowledged the same and sent Mr.Dutt. Dutt being a wonderful person went beyond his normal duties and made the service the best. I had booked the taxi after my patents boarded the flight from Delhi but I am unable to reach them post their landing at Heathrow. I shared my parents pictures with Dutt and requested Mr.Dutt to help find my parents and he actually looked throughout the aiport arrivals and found them. Not only that, he ensured that they reach Gatwick airport in time and helped them get baggage trolley and wheelchair assistance. Thank you LHT and Mr.Dutt for great service.”

“Our driver was in place, clearly marked with our name. He immediately took my bag a walked us to the van. The trip was pleasant, knew that the Holiday Inn we were staying in had relocated and delivered us with ease. I would evaluate him as an A+, a credit to your business.”

“As It relates to the actual drive from the airport to the hotel I would rate very good. We did not encounter any traffics stoppage. However, customer service was lacking. Unfortunately, I do not know what our driver name is because he didn’t introduce himself. I would describe him as an older gentleman. No one in my party saw him until we were considering obtaining further transportation. He appeared from around a group of people and we approached him. He didn’t welcome us to London, offer to assist us with our luggage. He basically indicated with his hands to follow him. His other conversation of minimum words was when we confirmed he was driving to the correct hotel. During the 45 minute ride, he did not say a word. We arrived at the hotel, he removed our luggage (backpacks) from his van, and placed them on the ground. Please note my husband indicated he would go inside the hotel to obtain the luggage cart. The driver wasn’t courteous enough to wait. After I paid him, which only included a minimum tip (of which my family said he didn’t deserve), he stood around and looked for a few minutes and left. Within the last 1-1/2 weeks, my family and I have encountered eight (8) different services for arranged transportation. We have nothing, but excellent reviews for all companies and drivers. And although my communication through email with London Heathrow Taxi service has been excellent, this driver has left a stain on the company name. If employee training includes customer service, I think a refresher course is required. I wouldn’t recommend him as a driver for anyone.”

“The driver was nice, the car was nice and the ride was pleasant. The pick-up; not so good. We were told to meet next to the currency exchange but the driver was elsewhere looking for us. Finally we called and he came to meet us but he gave the impression it was our fault for waiting at the right location. Not a good beginning!”

“You always charge an extra charge because you ‘believe’that in 30 minutes UK border for no EU or Brit inhabitants will be enough. I wonder why you decide and don’t ask passenger how long do we need And therefore I had to pay 10 extra pounds. Gabriela FrÌas”
